Each year the PhD-association carries out an annual survey documenting the mental wellbeing of PhD-students at DTU, the experienced quality of the supervision they receive, how department work and TA’ing affects the overall state of PhD-research, amongst other things.
The survey team is responsible for both forming the questionnaire sent out to PhD-students during fall, as well as analyzing all the received data and putting it into an easily readable report, which is published during Spring. Currently, the surveys are distributed to DTU’s staff and students via email.
The survey team will also, in collaboration with the board management present the results of the survey for various forums at DTU, such as the forum for the head of PhD-schools, the forum for the various heads of departments as well as the academic council.
The survey team currently consists of:
- Michelle Wang
- Joana Mourão
- Silas Lasak Hedeboe
- Georgina Vickery
